Loader injects then menu never opens — what to try first?

Palworld running from Steam, loader says success, but Insert does nothing and there is no overlay. Yesterday the same steps worked before a Windows update reboot.
I already excluded Defender folder. HVCI is on. Status shows clear. GeForce overlay is off.
What is the actual escalation path — support ticket with order ID? Anything else to check before I open one?
First question always: is status still clear? Updating builds fail in ways that look like menu bugs. Refresh the product page.
Re-verify TPM, Core Isolation, Secure Boot after Windows updates — reboot once, one clean inject, Palworld at main menu not in loading screen.
Check quarantine again even with exclusion. Restore and retry from the delivery folder only.
Do not download random fix DLLs from other forums. Support only covers official delivery from buy-palworld-cheats.com.
Troubleshoot order: confirm clear-to-load, HVCI/Core Isolation/TPM/Secure Boot, antivirus restore plus exclusion, close overlays, Steam launch first, single inject attempt.
